Refund Policy
At Le Persona, we are committed to ensuring you’re fully satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer returns on eligible products within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Due to the nature of our products, discovery kits, samples, 10ml vials, and promotional items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
To request a return, please email support@lepersona.us with your order number, the reason for return, and clear photos if the product is damaged or incorrect. Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrived damaged or in error. We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, you may return your order (if eligible) and place a new one separately.
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable, and refunds will not be processed for products returned used, opened, or outside of the return window.
If your order arrives damaged, missing items, or you receive the wrong product, please notify us within 3 days of delivery at support@lepersona.us so we can resolve the issue quickly.
